About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
1. Gather and Document Business Requirements
The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders to clarify and translate business needs into functional specifications. This involves gathering requirements through meetings, email exchanges, and documentation.
2. Business Process Analysis
The analyst will map, analyze, and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities. This includes identifying areas for improvement, designing new workflows, and implementing changes.
3. Solution Design & Configuration
Collaborating closely with IT and stakeholders, the analyst will design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. This involves working with developers, project managers, and end-users to ensure requirements are met.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
The analyst will prepare technical reports by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends. This information will be used to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
5. Testing & Training
The candidate will conduct user acceptance testing, prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users. This ensures that all stakeholders are comfortable with new systems and processes.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
The successful candidate will communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood. This involves active listening, clear communication, and effective conflict resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management Testing (UAT)
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams
* Salesforce configuration and administration
* Basic programming/scripting (Apex, SOQL) is advantageous
