The Dynamics 365 Technical Engineer/Consultant will be responsible for designing a technical framework and providing leadership in support of customer initiatives in cloud computing and automation with a focus on the design of systems and services that run on D365 platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Solution Design and Engineering: Collaborate with the team to design and engineer the solution using Microsoft CRM Azure features and .NET technologies.
* Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business users to understand and document the business requirements.
* Proof of Concept: Develop a proof of concept for new business requirements and work closely with the business team to convert it into a working model.
* Process Development: Create process flows system tasks and customize and configure the Microsoft CRM application as per the designed artifacts.
* Project Leadership: Lead the development and enhancement of the Microsoft CRM application and provide oversight to other developers in the team reviewing their deliverables.
* Quality Assurance Support: Assist the Quality Assurance team during the testing process and help with defect fixes by correcting the Microsoft CRM code.
* Production Support: Support the production system and analyze/resolve business-critical issues within the SLA timeline.
* Technology Evaluation: Evaluate tools and technologies in the market that can improve business processes and benefit customers.
* Patch Release Management: Manage dynamics patch releases and wave release planning to keep main systems up to date.

* Release Planning: Plan and support Dynamics 365 releases with multiple divisions and apply changes.
* DevOps Pipeline Development: Build DevOps pipelines to promote Dynamics customizations to ALM environments and configure them with various stage-based approvals.
* Issue Resolution: Support the production system and analyze/resolve business-critical issues reported by the project team.
* Integration Management: Configure and manage integrated systems with D365 and Azure integrations.
* Tech Expertise Sharing: Share domain and technical expertise providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science systems analysis or a related field or equivalent experience.
* Experience with at least two IT disciplines including technical cloud architecture network management application development middleware database management or operations.
* Experience with D365.
* Exposure to multiple diverse technologies and processing environments.
* Knowledge of all components of technical.
* Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.
