As a key team member, this role supports clients with planning, organization, and execution of advertising projects.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution
 * Ensure quality assurance through accurate document review
 * Deliver projects on-time and within scope
 * Measure project performance using relevant systems and tools
 * Manage client and stakeholder relationships
 * Oversee project lifecycle stages from ideation to sunset
Requirements:
 * Strong educational background
 * Proven attention to detail in previous roles
 * Multiple project management experience
 * Clear communication skills
 * Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office and English proficiency
This is a fully remote position requiring Eastern Standard Time (EST) work hours. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and proactive, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The team provides recruitment advertising and consulting services to U.S. lawyers and law firms.
