We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies for power transformers.
* Develop new technologies, products, and processes for both core and shell-type transformers, driving innovation and efficiency in our global operations.
* Lead mechanical design, oversee prototype manufacturing and testing, and manage R&D projects independently, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
* Maintain and develop technical standards and design tools for transformers, streamlining our design process and improving quality.
* Prepare detailed technical reports and specifications, participate in educational programs, evaluate production processes, and identify opportunities for improvement, driving continuous learning and growth.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support factories in troubleshooting within your area of expertise, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
Key Requirements
* Masters or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong academic background and research experience.
* Proven experience in R&D projects, engineering, or academic research, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
* Advanced knowledge in transformer technology and proficiency in CAD modeling software (CREO, SolidWorks, SolidEdge), with experience in developing custom technical solutions.
* Familiarity with advanced numerical simulations and tools such as Ansys, Fluent, and CREO, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw insightful conclusions.
* Strong collaboration skills in international teams, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
