Mandatory Requirements
Technical vocational course in IT or a complete higher education degree in IT
HDI DAST – Desktop Advanced Support Technician or HDI DST – Desktop Support Technician certification
Advanced computer skills
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in user support activities in IT (documented in CTPS)
Required Certifications
Formal course in assembly and configuration of microcomputers (>20 hours)
ITIL v4 or higher certification
Portuguese language course (>20 hours)
Specific Mandatory Knowledge
Knowledge of operation and maintenance of microcomputers at hardware level, configuration, basic software, and office automation applications
Knowledge of computer networks, wired and wireless, and TCP/IP protocol
Responsibilities
Summary of activities:
Attend, control, and process IT service requests as per Service Catalog
Provide technical support at institutional events, sessions, and elections, in person or on standby
Classify, register, reclassify, and document support cases and solutions in the system
Guide internal users and clarify doubts about system and resource usage
Diagnose and resolve microinformatics problems, including replacement of supplies and equipment maintenance
Perform tests, network point activations/deactivations, and logical cabling installation
Install, configure, approve, and maintain software, operating systems, and microinformatics equipment
Create and apply standardized images on microcomputers
Manage technical support requests with suppliers, according to warranties and contracts
Forward requests to other areas when necessary and support technical specifications of IT
Ensure procedures follow documented standards and technical scripts
Prioritize remote support with user authorization and escalate when necessary
Immediately report operational issues to the supervisor

Notes
The professional will receive payment for hours worked plus all anticipated reflections like 13th salary and vacation in the payroll, always on the 5th business day of each month.
Proper time tracking is necessary as payroll depends on hours worked and benefits.
