WordPress Technical Support Specialist
The role of the WordPress Technical Support Specialist involves ensuring seamless interaction between clients and their websites. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting various WordPress issues, developing new web pages, implementing minor CSS corrections, building custom functionalities, and more.
* Resolve problems efficiently by employing techniques such as log checking, debugging, conflict resolution, and thorough testing to maintain quality.
* Utilize well-known builders like Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi, and WP Bakery to create web pages, as well as PHP-based templates using flexible content plugins like ACF.
* Customize plugins and themes, develop custom functionalities using hooks (actions & filters), and solve problems using DOM manipulation through jQuery or JavaScript.
* Conduct comprehensive testing across multiple devices and resolutions to guarantee flawless performance.
* Maintain open communication with clients and team members regarding your work progress.
