About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to cover a temporary maternity leave starting in 2025. As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a rewarding role within a diverse team that is pushing boundaries. Be part of a truly iconic global brand.
Responsibilities:
 * Manage sell-in and joint responsibility on sell-out with the DMs for IR partners in line with global guidelines.
 * Build and foster strong relationships with IR partners through regular follow-ups, market visits, meetings, and events such as tradeshows, Dealer Days, etc.
 * Define short- and mid-term budgets for IR partners, break down and set corresponding targets on a partner level based on the given plan.
 * Ensure that IR partners achieve the defined targets on a monthly and yearly basis by monitoring KPIs and creating action plans to improve results where needed.
 * Support the local Merchandising team in defining seasonal assortments for IR partners by providing feedback on customer/market needs.
 * Provide feedback to Global Teams via the Sales Director on customer/market cluster needs, initiatives/tools, and propose any other improvement ideas.
 * Carry out monthly inventory analysis as Sell Out, KPIs and ensure feedback on results during the monthly business review to support commercial strategies with other departments.
 * Presentation of semestral and yearly Business Reviews for each account.
 * Creation of store checklists during market visits and share with related areas and the Partner for follow-up.
About You:
 * A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
 * Willingness to travel up to 40% of working time.
 * Advanced English & Portuguese language skills.
 * Extensive Account Management and B2B experience.
 * Strong lateral management, motivating and influencing skills.
 * Advanced numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
 * Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
