We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to support the continuous evolution of our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have experience working on fintech or financial SaaS platforms and a strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
The role is part-time (20h/week), ongoing, and ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions. Responsibilities include designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products, improving usability and visual consistency across the platform, collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery, and applying UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces.
Apart from core responsibilities, you will also be required to maintain and evolve design systems and UI components, incorporate feedback, iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment, and support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content. Required skills include proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products, strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms, solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design, strong visual design skills with high attention to detail, advanced proficiency in Figma, and ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
Nice to have skills include graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets, experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups, familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices, and experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams.
