* Develop strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative strategies.
* Leverage a variety of tools including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and ATS mining.
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for Information Technology roles with understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Candidates should have the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, communicate job requirements, and negotiate offers. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also necessary for this position.
