🌎 Remote IT Recruiter (m/f/d) – US & Canadian Market | Long-Term Contract

Our clients operate primarily in the Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular, Azure), and we cover roles ranging from Backend/Full Stack Developers to QA, Security, and IT Management positions.
Our team is small, international, and fully remote, working closely with both candidates and clients. We value clear communication, independent work, and a structured, goal-oriented mindset.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the full-cycle IT recruitment process:
sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
* Source and engage top candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms using Boolean and creative strategies
* Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and trackers
* Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process
* Communicate effectively across time zones (US & Canada)
* Be highly responsive, professional, and proactive in all communication
Your Profile
* Excellent English skills (C1 or higher)
* 3+ years experience in IT recruiting, preferably with international clients
* Strong understanding of technical roles:
Backend, Full Stack, Frontend, QA, Security, Cloud, etc.
* Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS)
* Independent, reliable, and structured work style
* Experience in remote work and asynchronous communication is a plus
