About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing training needs, determining session requirements, and ensuring seamless execution of training sessions.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and site requirements.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as required.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution.
* Coordinate with teams for changes or updates in training events or programs.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices as necessary.
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools.
* Provide Learner Support Level 2 services.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to international work environments, a high-level understanding of the training landscape, excellent customer service skills, teamwork abilities, clear communication, attention to detail, structured thinking, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
