Job Responsibilities:
* Find and recruit highly skilled professionals from various countries to fill open positions in Sweden.
* Establish trust with suitable candidates and facilitate their relocation to Sweden, including assistance with visa applications, work permits, travel arrangements, and housing.
Clients operate within diverse fields such as software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. As a senior headhunter, you will collaborate with colleagues worldwide.
Required Skills:
* A minimum of five years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector or similar technical fields.
* A solid network of local engineering talent within the IT industry.
* A service-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to challenging situations.
* High-quality brand awareness and understanding of headhunting principles.
* Upper intermediate English language proficiency.
* Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, with the ability to learn new ideas quickly.
* Analytical skills, well-organized approach, and attention to detail.
* Self-confidence, social skills, and high self-motivation.
* Durability, stubbornness, and passion for success.
Working Conditions:
This is a long-term contract position as a Private Entrepreneur, requiring full-time commitment with flexible working hours (8 hours/day, Monday to Friday). Overtime compensation will be provided at a rate of 1:1 in flex time. You will work remotely or from a co-location center of your choice, with remuneration starting at 1200 USD plus remittance fees and taxes. Additionally, you will receive free national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, and benefits for travels, housing, and per diem expenses.
