YAI is seeking a Coordinator to work with our Tri Counties Region START program located in Santa Maria and serving individuals in Ventura County. A Master's degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other Human Service field is required. **Responsibilities:** **Requirements:** At least 2 years of experience working with the I/DD population Experience working with individuals with I/DD and mental health and/or challenging behavior needs preferred One year supervisory experience is preferred Ability to become certified as a START Coordinator within 12 months
