Type: Internship, 6 hours/day (30 hours/week)Compensation: R$2,000/monthAbout the RoleWe're an early-stage stealth startup in the health and wellness space, building our brand from the ground up. We're looking for a creative, fast-moving video intern who can turn raw footage and ideas into scroll-stopping short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and ads. You'll work directly with the founder and play a key role in how our brand shows up on video. Great opportunity for someone early in their career who loves editing and wants real ownership over content that thousands of people will see.What You'll Do- Edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid ads (15-60 second formats)- Turn influencer footage, raw clips, and simple briefs into polished, platform-ready videos- Add captions, text overlays, music, and light motion to make content engaging- Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats and cuts- Format and optimize videos to spec for each platform- Help maintain an organized library of footage and assets- Occasionally create simple graphics or thumbnails to support video contentWhat We're Looking For- Fluent in English, written and spoken. The interview will be conducted in English.- Strong editing skills in CapCut, and/or CapCut, Premiere, or similar (essential)- A real sense for what makes short-form video engaging, hooks, pacing, retention- Fast turnaround, comfortable producing multiple edits per day- Organized and reliable with deadlines- Self-motivated;
