Job Title: Senior Product Designer
The Role: We seek a visionary Senior Product Designer to spearhead our end-to-end product design processes.
* Lead comprehensive product design journeys, from inception and discovery to high-fidelity UI development;
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft user-centered solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and software applications, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct in-depth research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize the user experience;
* Maintain close alignment with stakeholders to ensure design goals are consistently met and customer needs are fulfilled;
* Develop and refine design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Stay abreast of industry trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and best practices in product design.
Requirements
* Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), enabling clear articulation of design rationale and effective collaboration with international teams;
* A strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, particularly in security, data visualization, or technical tools;
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
* A solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
* Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers;
* Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
