About the Role
This position involves coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver research projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with the operations manager, UX researchers, and clients to develop project plans that meet client requirements, timelines, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project plans with stakeholders.
* Provide timely updates on project status.
* Track budgets and costs using Google Sheets or similar tools.
* Guide team members to ensure tasks are aligned with study objectives.
* Monitor study execution for high-quality data collection and validation.
* Collaborate with panel management to confirm recruitment goals.
* Document best practices and template materials.
* Log bugs and escalate technical issues.
Basics Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) is required. At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, user-experience operations, research support, or related roles is also necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are must-haves. Additionally, proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity suites is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated success supporting multi-phase projects or studies is a plus. Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, Asana, or other project-management tools is also an advantage. Experience developing training materials, SOPs, or help content can be beneficial. A passion for continuous improvement and experimentation is highly valued.
