About the Role
The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key clients. Their primary objective is to ensure client satisfaction and drive mutual business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales processes with high-value clients, including presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to penetrate and expand the sales base.
* Nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet objectives.
* Track industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
* Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing teams to enhance company offerings and market positioning.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in Account Management or Enterprise Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in software sales within the RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industry.
* Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing high-value client relationships.
* Goal-oriented with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills to engage senior executives.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with global accounts and managing sales cycles with clients involving multiple stakeholders across different regions.
