Key Account Manager Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated VIP Account Manager to help expand our business and improve the overall customer experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with senior team members to develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring new clients and enhancing their satisfaction levels.
2. Develop and execute personalized engagement plans to increase player loyalty and retention rates.
3. Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative incentives, promotions, and offers that drive customer growth and revenue.
