Full Stack Developer (C#/React) Are you a skilled developer based in LATAM looking to join a high-impact global tech team?
We are currently seeking a proactive and talented Software Developer to join a leading IT development firm that delivers cutting-edge solutions to some of the top Oil & Gas companies worldwide.
This is a remote, full-time position focused on building and maintaining high-quality software that supports critical operations in a highly specialized industry.
As part of this team, you will contribute to robust, cloud-based platforms used by global clients, participating in the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with experienced professionals across international projects.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with team leads, internal stakeholders, and clients to define and refine technical and operational requirements
Design software solutions that are reliable, secure, efficient, and easy to maintain
Write and test high-quality code based on architectural guidelines
Participate in estimating efforts and design review sessions
Conduct unit and system-level testing to ensure code functionality
Contribute to product test planning, documentation, and issue resolution
Review code from team members and provide constructive feedback
Participate in research and self-directed projects during Team Week
Stay current with industry trends by attending workshops and engaging with professional networks
What You Have
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience as a Software Developer
2+ years of hands-on experience with React and C#
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft .NET Framework
Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Single-Page Applications (React)
Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms ( AWS, Google Cloud )
Solid understanding of SQL databases and ORM tools
Familiarity with design patterns such as MVVM, Inversion of Control, etc.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Desired Skills
Experience with WPF or other client-side application development
Knowledge of unit testing and functional testing in C# and/or React
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container/microservices tools
Strong technical writing and design documentation abilities
Industry experience in Oil and Gas is a plus
Exposure to or experience with AI technologies is a plus
