We're seeking a Business Analyst Intern to support the Service Strategy & Support team in delivering impactful business analytics insights and solutions. You'll contribute to strategic projects within the aftersales department, focused on enhancing customer and network support. Your work will help unlock valuable insights and drive improvements across BRP's service operations.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
1. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify and define challenges, emerging issues in our products, and identify opportunities in the services we provide.
2. Analyze business problems critically and translate findings into actionable insights that support decision-making across numerous internal and external teams.
3. Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating clear and compelling reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and other business platforms for a variety of stakeholders.
4. Support the design and improvement of business workflows by applying critical thinking skills with an emphasis on process optimization.

5. A passion for data analytics.
6. The ability to proactively speak with various stakeholders to gather information and communicate your needs effectively.
7. Ability to communicate insights accurately through presentations, reports, and visualizations. You will need to express your findings through slides, emails, chats, video calls, and other mediums.
8. Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders of different levels to interpret and translate their requirements into effective visualizations, reports, and analyses.
9. A problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization.
10. An understanding of how to prioritize requests from different stakeholders and how to update them as progress is made.
11. A collaborative mindset that can work with external teams from different backgrounds.
12. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.

YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE:
13. Familiarity with basic data analysis techniques and visualization principles.
14. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate technical concepts, collaborate with international teams, and present insights to stakeholders across different regions.
15. Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI is a bonus, but not required.
16. Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is recommended.
17. Interest in learning about cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics tools.
18. Exposure or interest in learning about customer service metrics like response rates, resolution times, NPS, satisfaction, and more.
19. Exposure or interest in the development and improvement of operational workflows across large teams
