Job Title: Client Engagement Specialist
This role combines client communication, performance analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Daily Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for each clinic client, communicating through calls, emails, and texts, keeping clients informed before they ask.
* Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through setup, ensuring proper configuration of tracking systems, GoHighLevel, and campaigns.
* Campaign Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Regularly review ad and funnel performance, track key metrics like cost per lead (CPL), leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
You will be responsible for owning client performance metrics, client satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates, as well as proactive communication and problem-solving.
