- You will be based in our São Paulo office as part of Office Technology Experience team, a global team part of Technology and Digital (T&D) team.

**Your impact within our firm**:
- As an IT Solution Advisor, you will provide end-to-end customer experience through support deliver, building awareness and improving technology adoption, by promoting firm tools, solutions and services - often beyond their team and locations.
- You will be a trusted advisor with office colleagues and a collaborator with the global IT service teams. You will deliver world-class IT services ensuring office technology (i.e. meeting rooms, infrastructure, network etc.) is up and running to provide a positive customer experience within and beyond their locations.
- You will problem solve device and office technology issues efficiently, identifying trends and regularly connecting to central teams to help find the best solution providing world class customer service. You will also help colleagues use technology better by listening and understanding their usage and share insights back to global Technology teams. You will regularly conduct technology stock taking and accurately update asset management tools ensuring all assets are accounted for.
- As an IT Solution Advisor, you will also contribute to office technology and solution implementation as well as local, regional or global initiatives. You will ensure representation of the office experience in any technology projects where local help is needed.
**Your qualifications and skills**:
- University/high school degree, or equivalent experience in IT
- 2+ years of experience in IT Services, IT support or IT Business Analysis
- Good Tech skills: MacOS, Windows, Office packages and other collaboration and productivity platforms, such as Slack, ServiceNow and Zoom
- Great problem-solving capabilities: ability to break down and solve technical problems, involving others if necessary
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people
- Demonstrated strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency: knows how to prioritize customer needs and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Relationship and network building: work closely with global teams and internal clients
- Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of day-to-day operations and team projects
- Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English skills; Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge or certification in Agile/ SCRUM is a plus
