Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager at Mosaic Puzzles. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's project portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery. They will also be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise.
Role Responsibilities
* Run and oversee project management and program management functions across the entire company
* Manage business operations internal to the organization
* Manage trade shows and holiday market events (staffing, logistics, planning)
* Travel to the United States as needed for trade shows and events
* Run annual and quarterly planning for the company
* Set the pace and ensure all stakeholders are accountable to timelines
* Determine departmental KPIs for annual and quarterly goal setting
Qualifications
* Project Management, Program Management, and Team Leadership skills
* Strategic Planning and Decision-Making abilities
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Cost benefit analysis skills
* Analytical skills
* Design skills a plus
* Risk Management and Problem-Solving skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
* Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
* 7-15 years of project management experience
