* Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy supporting company growth and employee value proposition across Latin America.
* Act as the regional thought leader on benefits trends, market practices, and digital innovations in the Global Rewards space.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and manage benefits programs including health, retirement, life, disability, and wellbeing across multiple Latin American markets.
* Drive scalability and efficiency through regional harmonization, technology enablement, and vendor consolidation.
Compliance & Risk Management
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and reporting requirements.
* Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance to maintain robust governance and operational accuracy.
Employee Experience & Engagement
* Develop compelling communication strategies helping employees understand and value their benefits.
* Partner with internal communications, HR, and local teams to integrate benefits into broader employee experience and wellbeing initiatives.
