For more information, click here.Role reports to:Sr Finance Manager Global InventoryLocation:Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos CamposWork Location:HybridWhat will you do?This position will play a critical role in the overall delivery of cash flow improvement initiatives for Kenvue by driving inventory optimization across each region, including actuals trends & projections, shaping action plans to close gaps to goals in the short term, and activating improvement initiatives to evolve the structure of our supply chain to achieve benchmark goals against our competitive set in the long term. This position will also provide decision making support to Senior Leadership and will play an important role in all financial close and forecast cycles.The successful candidate will be a proactive, independent worker that can deliver outstanding results by pivoting seamlessly from the details to the big picture, creating and building upon existing processes, partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape deliverables through facts & with analytics. A process-oriented and innovation mindset coupled with excellent communication & framing skills will also be critical to the success of this individual.
