* Handling foreign exchange filings and reports for cross-border crypto transactions
* Assisting in interpreting local regulatory developments and aligning operational processes accordingly
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, or crypto-related back-office roles, preferably in fintech or Web3 environments
* Solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, and operational risk
* Familiarity with Brazilian financial reporting, SPED, Receita Federal, and tax compliance
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
* Fluency in Portuguese and English proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin is a plus
