Learning Delivery Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Delivery Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with a comprehensive understanding of the training landscape. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing training needs and determining optimal session numbers
* Managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation
* Coordinating training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless training execution
