Job Title: Technical Program Manager/Delivery Manager
In this Leadership Role, you will oversee the delivery of key projects across all technological tracks, lead teams, and foster a collaborative work environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget; working closely with stakeholders; managing and leading teams; and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
As a technical program manager, your exceptional leadership skills will be crucial in guiding teams to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for fostering open communication channels between team members and ensuring that everyone is aligned with the project objectives.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. They will also have proven experience in software development project management, preferably with an onshore/Nearshore/offshore model. Additionally, they should be familiar with various project management tools and methodologies.
