* The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and have experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, customer support, or account management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor ongoing delivery routes and address any issues that may arise.
2. Communicate effectively with delivery drivers and shippers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
3. Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Requirements:

* Able to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EST).
