Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in a Software Engineering role. Language: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Software Development Proficiency: Strong background in software engineering with proficiency in GoLang or Python. You should be comfortable with object-oriented programming, data structures, REST API design, and writing testable, production-quality code (not just operational scripts). DevSecOps Expertise: Proven experience implementing security best practices in a CI/CD environment. Familiarity with automated security scanning, secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault ), and compliance automation. Containerization & Orchestration: Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. Experience with Service Meshes like Istio or Linkerd is a plus. Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with either GCP or AWS services. CI/CD & GitOps: Deep experience with CI/CD platforms like GitLab/GitHub Actions and Jenkins. Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with Terraform. Observability & Monitoring: Proven experience with the Prometheus/Grafana/Loki stack for monitoring, logging, and alerting. Full Stack: A solid understanding of full-stack development principles to effectively support development teams. Bonus Qualifications: Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux. Relevant certifications, such as AWS/GCP Certified. Familiarity with other observability tools like Jaeger or OpenTelemetry.
