What you will do
As an Outbound Transport Planner you will:
1. Plan and manage shipments according to the schedule agreed with customers securing they will arrive ontime;
2. Perform shipments follow up, identify and communicate deviations to take pro-active actions to mitigateimpacts;
3. Have and maintain close relationship with commercial area to understand and monitor orders (end-to-endtransport management);
4. Have and maintain close relationship with shipping lines, logistics operators, freight forwarders, brokers,carriers, terminals and internal customers;
5. Customs clearance processes assistance;
6. Participate and contribute with continuous improvements and operational excellence in terms of efficiency,productivity and quality;
7. Ensure that all activities within the supply chain control tower comply with rules and regulations establishedby local/regional/global authorities, as well as Tetra Pak procedures and policies.
We believe you have
8. Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
9. Experience onContinuous Improvements initiatives (Total Maintenance Productive -TPM or World ClassManufacturing - WCM );
10. Knowledge on SAP and good command on Office Package;
11. Knowledge in OTM (Oracle transportation management) and/or other Transportation ManagementSystems is a plus;
12. Intermediate English. Spanish is a plus;
13. Availability to work from 11AM to 8PM.
