Job Description:
This is a role that involves ensuring quality control at Fulfillment Centers, adopting and continuously improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the network.
It requires working closely with teams across Operations, Learning, Finance, and other supporting functions to identify defects and opportunities, measure performance, and track changes. The individual must have expertise on all processes and be able to catalog and share it with stakeholders in a clear and scalable manner.
* Leading process integration efforts
* Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives, Kaizens, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
* Owning and managing change on a granular level
* Performing audits to ensure continuous SOP adoption and eliminate defects and deviations
