RateGain today is one of the world's largest processors of electronic transactions, price points, and travel intent data helping revenue management, distribution and marketing teams across hotels, airlines, meta-search companies, package providers, car rentals, travel management companies, cruises and ferries drive better outcomes for their business.Founded in 2004 and headquartered in India, today RateGain works with 26 of the Top 30 Hotel Chains, 25 of the Top 30 Online Travel Agents, 4 of the Top 5 Airlines, and all the top car rentals, including 16 Global Fortune 500 companies in unlocking new revenue every day.The Role We Are Seeking to FillWe are looking for an experienced Director focused on European markets, to further scale our business in this important segment of the hospitality industry.Responsibilities and RequirementsBuild and manage strategic alliances with regional and local partners (e.g. RMS, PMS, booking engines, OTAs)Define and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with RateGain's GTM strategy in LATAMIdentify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystemCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to structure and execute partnership agreementsRepresent RateGain in industry events and partnership meetings to promote our brand and solutionsMonitor partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline and revenueProvide regular reporting and insights on partnership outcomes and market trendsRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnershipsSkills and QualificationsIn-depth understanding of the LATAM hospitality and travel technology ecosystemKnowledge of SaaS business models and partnership structuresAwareness of regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in the travel and hospitality sectorsBenefitsOpportunity to work with a leading provider of AI-powered SaaS solutions for travel and hospitalityChance to contribute to the growth and success of our business in EuropeCompetitive compensation and benefits packageEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
