What this job involves
As Regional Food Service Lead Americas at JLL, you will drive transformational change across our regional food delivery programs through strategic leadership and operational excellence. This critical role combines project management expertise with deep food industry knowledge to implement large-scale initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Working closely with our Global Food Service Account lead, you\u2019ll leverage regional resources and JLL\'s Centers of Practice teams to deliver innovative food service solutions while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards across diverse international markets.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Global Lead to identify and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals
* Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing large-scale food service programs across multiple sub-regions
* Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
* Drive safety culture implementation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations across all operations
* Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and support change management initiatives
* Analyze complex data to generate insights and develop dashboards for program optimization
* Travel internationally to oversee project implementation and provide on-site guidance to regional teams
* Identify process improvement opportunities and incorporate industry best practices into program strategies
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Service Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 8 years of project/program management experience with at least 4 years in food service or hospitality leadership
* Proven track record managing complex, multi-regional projects with budgets exceeding $1 million
* Demonstrated expertise in food safety regulations and industry standards across Americas region
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Fluency in English; proficiency in at least one additional language preferred
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with global brands or multinational corporations
* Knowledge of workplace trends impacting food service operations
* Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) or food safety certifications (HACCP)
* Experience with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter\'s 8-Step Change Model)
* Understanding of sustainability practices in food service operations
* Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
* Cultural sensitivity with international work experience
* Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Compensation and Location
Estimated total compensation for this position: 85,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant\'s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
