Business Development Specialist
The primary goal of this position is to ensure client satisfaction and drive results. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will guide them through the onboarding process, review their performance regularly, and provide strategic insights to optimize their marketing campaigns.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong command of English with minimal accent, and a proactive approach to client engagement. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
You will be responsible for managing multiple clients and tasks efficiently, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to help clients scale their businesses, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally, and tracking client success metrics to proactively offer guidance and improvements.
To be successful in this role, you must have 2+ years of experience in a client success, account management, or customer service role, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or home services industries. You must also be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with marketing automation and CRM tools, and able to think critically and proactively address client concerns.
