TapGoods provides an all-in-one solution for inventory and order management, routing, staffing, proposals, e-commerce storefronts, and more.Role Overview:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at TapGoods, you’ll be the first line of offense in driving our growth. This is a high-volume, outbound-focused role (70%+ cold calling) where your primary mission is to book demos with decision-makers in our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).We’ll provide targeted leads and expect you to supplement with self-sourced prospects. Your success will be measured by results—demos booked and pipeline generated—not just activity. Top performers are relentless, persuasive, and thrive in a competitive environment.Key Responsibilities:Make 70–80 outbound calls daily to Event Rental and Tool & Equipment companies in the U.S.Book 6–8 qualified demos per week, with 75%+ in the ICP segment.Execute multi-touch outreach sequences using phone, email, and LinkedIn.Manage all activities, notes, and follow-ups in a CRM.Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure high quality demos with key decision makers.
