As a Partner Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our partners. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong, long-term relationships with our partners via personal and online meetings, positioning us as a reliable and easy-to-work-with provider.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at a working fluent level. Additionally, they should possess experience in sales or customer service roles in the IT sphere, as well as a bachelor's degree.
Your tasks will include:
* Acting as a trusted advisor for partners on business matters related to our product
* Fostering strong relationships with partners via regular communication sessions to provide updates, address concerns, and strengthen collaboration
* Participating in industry-related expos and events
* Assisting in resolving partner concerns and mitigating dissatisfaction
* Encouraging partners to share expertise within the community
* Facilitating connections between partners and other teams
* Monitoring partner compliance with community policies and rules
You will also lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth start within our ecosystem. This includes ensuring partners are well-informed about our policies, team structure, pricing, billing, support, and development procedures.
To excel in this role, you should have developed logical thinking, the ability to analyze information and draw conclusions from it. Time-management skills in a saturated work environment and high productivity and speed of work are essential.
