About Account Management Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for owning overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building strong relationships.
As an Account Manager, you will enable successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue, as well as identify and execute on new growth opportunities with customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
You will be a champion for our customers and work with our internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights. You will monitor client engagement and utilization of our services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
To succeed in this role, you will need to develop trusted advisor relationships with clients - ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
* Key Responsibilities:

About You
* 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing startup.
* A genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
* Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
