Job Description
This position involves providing on-site technical support to IT infrastructure, networking, and hardware systems. The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams, customer teams, and remote technical specialists to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities include monitoring system health, supporting network devices, troubleshooting VOIP phones, managing basic server tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations following SLA guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Ability to visualize errors and communicate with remote technical teams
* Experience in SLA-based environments
* Good understanding of data center infrastructure management applications
