As a Clinical Project Manager Vaccines LATAM, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of clinical projects within the region. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, execution, and closure of these projects, ensuring they meet their scope, time, and budget objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Develop project timelines, manage risks, resources, and milestones to ensure seamless project delivery
* Budget Management: Oversee budget forecasting, burn rate monitoring, and scope change control to maintain fiscal discipline
* Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability among team members
* Communication: Effectively communicate with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress updates
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in cross-functional clinical project management
* Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements, GxP/GEP, and RA/MOH protocols
* Able to interpret protocols across regions and deliver end-to-end project results
