What You'll Do
Develop and implement a long-term AI strategy aligned with legal operations, litigation workflows, and client service
Build or integrate AI tools for document review, case triage, client interaction, research automation, and predictive modeling
Collaborate with attorneys, developers, and analysts to prototype and test AI applications
Identify and mitigate ethical, legal, and operational risks in AI deployment
Evaluate vendors, lead internal training, and create systems to scale machine learning across practice areas
Serve as an internal evangelist for innovation, automation, and intelligent systems
What You Bring
Proven experience in applied AI, machine learning, or data science (legal tech or healthcare tech experience preferred)
Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), LLMs, and decision support systems
Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AI model deployment pipelines
Advanced experience integrating and automating systems using Zapier, RingCentral, Salesforce, WordPress, and Twilio
Experience with legal datasets, regulatory frameworks, and/or litigation support tools a major plus
Strategic mindset with ability to balance technical leadership and business execution
Exceptional communication skills and the maturity to work cross-functionally at an executive level
