We are looking for a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Operations: Design and maintain an on-call and coverage plan that ensures all critical skills are available when needed.
2. Incident Management: Own the incident management process for your accounts, including priorities, roles, communication cadence, escalations, and post-incident reviews.
3. SOPs and Runbooks: Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and triage guides for SRE engineers covering common incident types and operational tasks.
4. Configuration Management: Establish and run a configuration management process that keeps track of each customer's environment (platforms in use, clusters, regions, configs).
