Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and execute Scrum events, ensuring efficient workflow and communication among team members.
* Facilitate team collaboration, removing impediments and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Agile methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
* Contribute to the development of a high-performing team by coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in Scrum Master role or similar position.
* Advanced proficiency in English language.
* Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
* Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and experience with applications hosted in cloud environments (desired).
