We are seeking an experienced KYC analyst to support our AML obligations within a B2B environment.Job DescriptionPerform CDD/KYC on client onboarding, remediation and periodic reviews (B2B).Conduct screening checks to identify sanctions, PEPs and adverse media related to entities and related parties.Assess and review source of wealth and source of funds; identify risks and red flags; determine AML risk classification of each legal entity.Report on suspicious transactions; communicate with clients and the commercial team to obtain required information and documentation.Set up KYC files with the required information and documentation in accordance with the AML/CFT policy.Complete third-party due diligence questionnaires (banking, custodian, business partners).Maintain status updates of onboarding to internal and external stakeholders; identify issues and propose process improvements.Background And Experience3-6 years in a similar KYC/AML role in a B2B Digital Assets environment.Excellent financial crime, KYC and CDD knowledge; understanding of capital markets and banking systems.Relevant degree (law or business preferred); compliance qualification such as ACAMS or related master’s degree advantageous.Knowledge of the digital assets ecosystem and crypto regulation is a plus.Competences And SkillsProblem-solving and decision-making; strong attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional proficiency in English.Our offerCompetitive salary package.Autonomy in time management with flexible hours and remote work.Opportunity to contribute to an entrepreneurial team focused on excellence.We value diversity and hire based on merit and performance.
