Scrum Master: Agile Coach
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our organization, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
* Support one to two Scrum teams, guiding them through the implementation of Agile principles
* Work closely with Agile leadership to ensure effective collaboration and team performance
* Identify, escalate, and remove impediments impacting team progress
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
2. Partner with enterprise Agile Coaches to improve team performance and delivery
3. Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams

* Comfortable collaborating with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and evolve within Agile frameworks
