Responsibilities:
Monitor the implementation of the implementation services by checking the demand for supervision to ensure that the services and materials used are in accordance with the project specifications.
Monitor the completion of the release tests of the completed work steps to ensure the functionality of the systems. (Commissioning)
Register and update the equipment tree / installation location, as well as spares, in the SAP system, with the placement of platelets provided by the controller of new projects.
Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.
Execute the loading of programs in control and protection equipment, through automated tools, so that it works within the limits of operation and control, aiming at non‑interruption of the operating system due to failure of measurement, control and protection.
Supervise the removal of materials from the warehouse, by the contractor, validating the specification, transportation and packaging, to preserve the items and ensure their applicability.
Start with the processes of registration, purchase, contracting of services, equipment and materials needed to implement the projects (SAP system), performing follow‑up to ensure the availability of resources in sufficient time to efficiently service requests for deployments.
Guide and track work achievements with third parties and providers in order to maintain company standards and certify the length of service quality.
Collect technical data for spare parts registration, request the inclusion of spare parts in the inventory, create and update lists of criticalities A, B, C for the approval of maintenance management and operation of new projects.
Support coordination in the development and structuring of short, medium and long‑term planning for the project implementation process using tracking software to ensure the efficiency of its results.
