Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives. This hands-on position requires someone who can navigate ambiguity and keep teams aligned.
This is a client-facing role that involves driving clarity, ensuring work quality, and delivering results on time.
Main Responsibilities:
* Owning the end-to-end delivery of complex projects
* Building and managing delivery plans
* Partnering with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, and task tracking
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitating working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops
* Providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis to support prioritization decisions
* Continuously improving delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus
