Join us in shaping our future–and yours.Role Reports ToSr Finance Manager Global InventoryWhat You Will DoWhat will you do?This position will play a critical role in the overall delivery of cash flow improvement initiatives for Kenvue by driving inventory optimization across each region, including actuals trends & projections, shaping action plans to close gaps to goals in the short term, and activating improvement initiatives to evolve the structure of our supply chain to achieve benchmark goals against our competitive set in the long term. This position will also provide decision making support to Senior Leadership and will play an important role in all financial close and forecast cycles.The successful candidate will be a proactive, independent worker that can deliver outstanding results by pivoting seamlessly from the details to the big picture, creating and building upon existing processes, partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape deliverables through facts & with analytics. A process-oriented and innovation mindset coupled with excellent communication & framing skills will also be critical to the success of this individual. This role requires interaction with numerous stakeholders in a highly dynamic organization.Key responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:Bringing forward insights on monthly actuals with reporting & analyticsPartnering on monthly inventory projections (including enabling increased accuracy & transparency into assumptions)Shaping inventory glidepaths to achieve quarterly, year-end and long-term goalsActivating excess inventory & SLOB risk management best practicesCoaching and developing a team of analystsSupporting special projectsQualifications: Education, Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesRequiredBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or BusinessStrong financial acumenand a compliance mindsetAbility to adapt and lead in a changing and matrixed environmentAnalytical and problem-solving skills; including proficiency in SAP, OneStream, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as experience with tools like Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau to automate workExcellent communication, interpersonal and shaping skills (including ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance)Self-motivated with an ability to drive business results independentlyStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workPrior experience developing and coaching high performing teamsExtensive and progressive finance experienceDesiredAn MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferredExperience in Supply Chain and Consumer Products industries as well as Public AccountingWhat’s in it for you?Competitive Benefit PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
