About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Analyst (BA)to join our team and support initiatives related to our Core Banking systems.
This professional will act as a key bridge between business and technology, ensuring clarity of requirements, alignment across teams, and effective delivery of solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Agile ceremonies, including:
Daily Scrum (when necessary)
Backlog Refinement
Sprint Planning
Sprint Review
Sprint Retrospective (as observer or contributor)
Conduct requirements gathering and process analysis
Prepare and maintain the product backlog
Organize and manage dependencies across teams
Validate deliverables to ensure alignment with business needs
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Leverage JIRA for tracking, documentation, and workflow management
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Experience with Core Banking systems, including:
DDA Accounts
Savings Accounts
Money Market Accounts
Certificates of Deposit (CD)
Hands-on experience working in Agile teams
Strong knowledge of banking processes and system integration
Proven experience with:
Requirements gathering
Backlog preparation and refinement
Dependency management
Delivery validation
Proficiency with JIRA
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience withJHA (Jack Henry & Associates) environment
