Job Description:
As a project leader, you will oversee the team's activities to safely deliver and install wind turbines within budget.
The successful candidate will lead the team in delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations. They must ensure all stakeholders are well-informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage customer relationships and act as focal point for escalation of project issues.
 * Ensure coherence of project reporting to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Qualification in relevant field, such as engineering or project management.
 * Minimum 5 years' experience as Project Manager on major infrastructure projects, leading a team of Project Managers.
 * Experience in the wind industry is mandatory.
 * Knowledge in people and project management methods and techniques, commercial management.
Additional Requirements:
 * Ability to work effectively under pressure.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
